The great grandson of the founder of Senoble carries in him the same family entrepreneurial fibre. After studying agricultural engineering, Marc Senoble cut his teeth in a diverse range of companies before, in 1986, becoming the Director of the Lorris factory and then the Sales Director and Managing Director alongside his father Claude. Twelve years later, he succeeded him at the head of Senoble.
A visionary like his predecessors, Marc Senoble has helped develop the group by making two important strategic decisions, firstly, supporting distributors’ private labels and dairy products, and secondly, developing the group abroad.
In 2013, this same expert sense of timing led him to invest in the Premium Desserts sector, when he acquired La Charlotte, a luxury desserts production site, and gradually began moving away from the distributor’s private label market.
In 2016, with the help of his daughter Agathe, he invested further in this new direction, opening the first Senoble ice-cream parlour-patisserie in Paris, before expanding across the globe.
“The Senoble name must bring the experience of French taste to the entire world.”
A graduate of the IPAG business School in Paris, with an executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in finance from the London Business School, the Frenchman from Troyes has successfully demonstrated his management skills in various activities, including music publishing at BMG and children’s clothing.
Since 2006 he has worked in the food industry and since 2014 he has taken part in the reorganization of Seninvest, first as the Financial and Administrative Director and then as the Managing Director.
